Cancellation Policy:

Meraki FootCare ask that you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be considered a NO-Show Cancel or Same-Day Cancel.

*Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of services scheduled.

*Same Day or No-Show will result in a charge of 100% of the cost of services scheduled.

*Meraki FootCare accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and/or Discover credit cards.

*Meraki FootCare does NOT accept Checks, Medicaid, Medicare, or Health Insurance .

*Meraki Footcare accepts HSA (health saving account credit card) or Flex Spending credit card.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be courteous and give us the adequate time so that we can accommodate other guests (call as soon as possible please).
